Hello SAPers :
We have a situation where due to constraint on Suitable HW Availability, we can not have virtual package mounted File System for EP Netweaver 7.31
on HP UX 11.31 ia64 and we have to go for logical volume based mount Points of Entire File System for NW 7.31.
My Q Is :
Is it Must to have HP Virtual Package for NW 7.31 ( i.e. NW 7.30 with Enh Pk 1 ) Mounted File System or we can simply proceed further for the instllation
for NW 7.31 on LV ( logical volume) based File System on HP UX 11.31 ?
I have searched for this answer on SMP - Inst Guides and Master Guide / notes but, could not find clear Yes or No Answer so far.
Pl. Share your inputs / experience on this.
