Hi,
When I am trying to run transaction SM21 in my Netweaver 2004 a warning message appears "Central System Log cannot be read"
/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/SLOGJ
But after pressing OK I can go into the transaction and it also show the messages of even central system also.
Can any body tell me why this message is comming? As it is an production server and SM21 is very critical transaction.
One thing which I will mention that first day when I got saw the message on OS level there was no file called SLOGJ and SLOGJO in directory /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/.
I have created blank files with the same name and given proper authorization 666
